1. Fully Customizable Email Greetings & Fields
Reward emails are the final touchpoint with your recipients, but generic templates can fail to capture your unique brand voice or professional tone.
We Upgraded: The email configuration settings to allow full control over greetings (switch "Hi" to "Hello," "Dear," or "Hey") and made recipient names optional for all sends.
How it helps you: Your reward emails will feel natural and professional, ensuring your communications are perfectly aligned with your brand voice.
2. Clear Denomination Visibility for Variable Gift Cards in Bulk Reward Uploads
Bulk reward uploads require high precision to ensure variable-value products are processed correctly without manual verification.
We Upgraded: The CSV bulk upload template to now explicitly indicate the Denomination Type and display the allowable range for variable products directly within the file.
How it helps you: This provides clearer instructions for your team, ensuring a much smoother, error-free upload experience and reducing manual corrections.
3. Expanded Denomination Range for Campaign Creation
As incentive programs scale, we recognized the need for greater flexibility when creating high-value campaigns and enterprise-level payouts.
We Upgraded: The platform's core limits by removing these caps and raising the maximum allowable limit to 50,000,000.
How it helps you: You now have total flexibility to handle high-value payouts and scale your incentive programs exactly as your business requires.
4. View "Discount Amount" in Gift Card Reports
To provide greater financial transparency for our Gift Card API customers, we’ve made it easier to instantly distinguish between discount values and final charged amounts.
We Upgraded: The reporting dashboard by adding a dedicated Discount Amount column, reflecting exactly how much was discounted in your account's base currency.
How it helps you: This makes accounting faster and more transparent by providing a clear, line-item view of your savings versus your gross expenditure. This enhancement is for our Gift Card API customers.
5. Passport Expiry Validation for International Travel
To ensure a seamless international travel experience, we’ve introduced proactive checks to help travelers stay compliant with global entry requirements.
We Upgraded: The system with an automatic validity check that ensures a passenger’s passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
How it helps you: This prevents avoidable booking issues, ensuring a compliant and stress-free journey for your international travelers.
6. Consolidated Redemption Report for Banking Clients
Banking partners frequently had to manually merge data from Loyalty Programs and the Plum Marketplace, which was time-consuming and error-prone.
We Upgraded: Our reporting engine to merge these data streams into a single, unified report for all reward categories (excluding Flights and Hotels).
How it helps you: It simplifies reconciliation by allowing you to track Member IDs, points, and cash usage in one central place without manual file merging
7. Email Proforma Invoices to Colleagues
Super Admins often face administrative delays when manually downloading and forwarding proforma invoices to finance teams to initiate fund transfers.
We Upgraded: The "Add Funds" page to allow Super Admins to email invoices directly to up to 10 colleagues within their organization’s domain.
How it helps you: This streamlines internal finance coordination and significantly speeds up the payment and funding process.
8. Simplified Quantity Selection on Storefront
For users managing bulk or multi-voucher orders, we recognized that the traditional checkout flow could be further optimized to match the speed of high-volume purchasing.
We enhanced: The storefront UI with a clear quantity counter directly on the product page, allowing adjustments before adding to the cart.
How it helps you: This aligns with modern e-commerce standards, allowing users to buy in bulk with fewer clicks and a much faster checkout experience.
9. Powerful API Enhancements
We’ve upgraded our developer experience for better reliability and control:
Reward Points Control: You can now cancel reward points programmatically via API and track success/failure status at an individual recipient level for easier reconciliation.
Mobile Top-Up Accuracy: New endpoints allow you to fetch and validate mobile operators before placing an order, significantly reducing transaction failures.

Upcoming features
⭐ Improved Quantity Selection on Storefronts
We’re introducing a cleaner interface for the gift card category page. Users will soon be able to increase or decrease quantities seamlessly before adding items to the cart. This means fewer clicks and a faster checkout experience, especially for users purchasing in volume.
⭐ Share Proforma Invoices Instantly
Super admins will soon be able to email proforma invoices to multiple colleagues directly from the Add Funds page. This streamlines finance coordination and speeds up payment processing by eliminating the need to download and forward files manually.
