We’ve introduced several updates to make your experience smoother, smarter, and more personalized. From easier invoice reconciliation and seamless order communications to customizable reward displays and branded emails, these enhancements are designed to give you and your users greater clarity, control, and engagement.

Here's what's new:

1. Easier Invoice Reconciliation with PO Dates

Invoice reconciliation is now simpler and more accurate. Admins can manually select a PO date during invoice generation, ensuring alignment with the corresponding Purchase Orders. The selected date is stored in the system and displayed clearly on the invoice template, giving finance and procurement teams the visibility they need for smooth tracking and reporting.


2. Seamless Order Communications for Charity and Lounge
We’ve introduced key API improvements to make order transactions smoother and more transparent for both Charity and Lounge.

  • Charity: The placeOrder API now includes an email field, ensuring that delivery emails are sent for every transaction.

  • Lounge: Customers now receive delivery emails with dynamically generated QR codes, available both within the email and as PDF attachments for easy access.

These updates provide greater clarity, consistency, and convenience, enhancing the experience for both your team and your customers.


3. Custom Naming for Points is Here!

Admins can now personalize how points appear on the Xoxoday storefront. Whether you call them “Ace Points,” “Coins,” or “Credits,” the platform will display your chosen terminology consistently across balances, redemption summaries, and confirmations.

This update ensures branding consistency and delivers a more engaging and familiar experience for your users.


4. Personalize Reward Emails with Your Brand Colors

Admins can now customize the background color of reward emails, aligning them with your brand identity. This added flexibility helps create a more engaging and visually consistent experience for recipients.

Cashout Option

Users will be able to convert their points into cash payouts giving them more freedom on how they use their rewards.

Cashback Products

Users will be able to earn Reward points when they buy from partner offers, giving them rewards on every purchase.

Reports for Discounted Marketplace

Admins will be able to view and download a dedicated report for perks and discounts, with filters and search options.
