Adding Admins
You can invite your colleagues by adding either a super admin or an admin to co-manage your Xoxoday Plum account.
Super Admins: Have comprehensive power and control over the account.
Admins: Have operational controls and restricted access to sensitive configurations.
📘 Information
By default, when you signup for Xoxoday Plum, you'll be a super admin. Super admins in Plum have all controls, while Admin users have limited controls.
Maker–Checker Governance: To ensure data integrity, all critical changes to catalogs and campaigns follow a Maker–Checker workflow. While an admin can be assigned both roles, self-approval is strictly prohibited.
