The integration allows you to set up Reward automation Campaigns on Xoxoday Plum and send out rewards to respondents who complete the survey. Not just that, the survey respondents can choose gifts, perks, and experiences of their choice from Xoxoday’s extensive global catalog. You can also restrict the number of rewards sent out based on criteria like - campaign time range, Maximum Reward count, etc.
Built-in Approval Workflows
Integration with Xoxoday lets you control who among your respondents receives rewards. The built-in approval system lets you review and approve respondents individually or in bulk. This ensures that no repeat claims occur.
Customized Communication Templates
Survey rewards can be sent to respondents through customized email templates to represent your organizational DNA - with your own logo, messaging, and images so they are instantly recognized and don’t get lost in their inbox.

Prerequisite: Adding API Endpoint Access in your Qualtrics account.
Step 1: Log in to your Qualtrics account.
Step 2: Select "Admin" from the top dropdown.
Step 3: Select "User" from the header.
Step 4: Click on the email id of the user, and a pop-up will appear, where you can tick the Access API as shown below:
Note: The User account must have access to Access API. Some roles who have this access are Brand Administrator, Account Manager, etc.
