Submitting Brand KYC
π§ What is Brand KYC
Some brands, such as Amazon India, Amazon Canada, Amazon UK, Amazon Italy, Mastercard, and others, require specific KYC (Know Your Business) information before you can send brand vouchers to your recipients.
If you see this card on the Plum Admin portal, which reads: π
Then, you must submit the Brand KYC to send vouchers from these brands. This is a requirement for specific brands like Amazon.
Step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Go to Admins > Settings icon βοΈ > Verifications (see π )
Form 1: Amazon India brand KYC verification
This form is required to use Amazon India gift cards as a reward on the Xoxoday platform.

Step 1: Fill in your organisation details
Complete the following required fields:
Registered email address
Company name (legal name)
Business category
Reward use case
Annual reward spend
Description of your reward program and its goals
Step 2: Upload supporting documents
Upload the following documents. Each field accepts drag-and-drop or file browse:

Click Submit once all fields and documents are complete.
Form 2: KYB verification for prepaid instruments and digital wallets
This form is required to issue Visa/Mastercard prepaid cards or digital wallet rewards such as PayPal and Venmo. It is processed by NReach Online Service Pvt Ltd (Xoxoday).
β οΈ Important: The approval process typically takes 2β4 business days. The issuing partner conducts a thorough verification of your business details before granting approval.
All information submitted must be complete and accurate, as it will be shared with the respective card issuers and partners for approval.

Registered Email ID
Name (first and last name)
Designation / Title β your current role in the company
Organisation (Legal Registered) Name
Company Brand Name
Number of employees in the organisation
Type of business
TAX ID β any relevant ID such as TAX, VAT, EIN, or GST
Official Website URL β enter in correct URL format
Country of Business Formation
Date of Business Formation β in DD-MM-YYYY format
Has the company now or in the past been subject to any lawsuits or regulatory actions? β select from the dropdown
Click Next to proceed to the following sections of the form.
Step 2: Click on the 'Apply for Verification' button.
